LSE Group launched on Monday CurveGlobal, a direct rival to its merger partner Deutsche Boerse's Eurex
The LSE will find itself in a slightly
strange situation this week as it launches on Monday
CurveGlobal, a direct challenge to Eurex, the Frankfurt-based
futures exchange owned by Deutsche Boerse.
And then, on Wednesday, the LSE and
Deutsche Boerse will hear from the European Commission its
preliminary findings over its investigation into the planned
merger between the two firms.
