Dutch options market The Order Marchine
(TOM) is set to appoint a new chief executive officer subject
to regulatory approval amid media reports the new exchange
leader will be Optiver founder Hans Pieterse.
Hans Pieterse, a veteran of the Dutch
financial services industry, is set to be appointed chief
executive officer of TOM, according to a report by Dutch
blogger Amsterdamtrader, three weeks after former chief
executive Willem Meijer stepped down.
