The Singapore Exchange has passed another
milestone in its plan to become the gateway to trading China by
signing an agreement with that market’s largest
SGX said on Monday it has signed a
memorandum of understanding with the Industrial and Commercial
Bank of China to (ICBC) to work on various fronts to "enhance
the links between Singapore and China’s capital
