Broker has set a deadline of Friday for shareholders to vote on Tullett sale
Icap has appointed a European legal expert
as head of regulation for its voice broking unit as the broking
giant starts a crucial week in its plan to sell that business
to rival Tullett Prebon.
The London-based broker said on Monday it
has appointed Arjun Singh-Muchelle as global head of regulatory
affairs for Icap Global Broking which is set to be sold to
Tullett later this year.
