Exchange has won regulatory approval for the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect
Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEx) is
working on a technology project which will see the exchange add
a volatility control mechanism to its derivatives markets
before the year is out.
The exchange plans to roll out a
volatility control mechanism in the fourth quarter of this
year, with the tool to apply only to the spot market and next
calendar month contracts in the HIS, Mini-HIS, H-shares Index
(HHI) and Mini-HHI futures markets for a total of eight
