Extended tender period for shareholders of the German exchange closed on August 12
Deutsche Boerse shareholder approval for
its proposed merger with the London Stock Exchange has passed
the 80% mark, after the German exchange passed the crucial 75%
approval threshold on Wednesday.
It is understood that approval from
Deutsche Boerse shareholders is now above the 80% mark, ahead
of the official outcome of the vote in the coming days, after
the voting period closed at midnight CEST on Friday.
