US options market said quarterly revenue up a tenth on same period last year
CBOE Holdings said uncertainty around the
UK’s Brexit vote on June 23 drove demand for the
US options giant’s volatility products last month
and quarterly earnings up a tenth.
CBOE said in a statement on Friday its
revenue for the three months to the end of June was up 10% to
$163.3 million due largely to a 16% spike in transaction
