Latest RTS under Mifid II was adopted by the European Commission on Tuesday
The Mifid II rules on electronic trading
published by the European Commission on Tuesday are "a win for
the market" due to key changes in the language of the
regulatory technical standards (RTS), according to industry
lawyer Sam Tyfield.
"The changes to the previous use of
available’ language in RTS 6 are a win for the
