to Monday’s crucial shareholder vote on its
planned merger with Deutsche Boerse amid growing German

The LSE will hold on Monday morning a
general meeting in London that gives LSE shareholders their
last chance to vote on the proposed merger with Deutsche
Most of the LSE’s large
institutional shareholders are expected to vote electronically
before the deadline on Saturday morning. The votes from
Monday’s meetings will then be added to those
already cast and a result is expected to be announced via the
Regulatory News Service before 13:00 on Monday.
