to recruiting traders – for some, a strong educational
background is a must, others may want to appoint traders with a
provable track record, while others want a demonstration that
the potential candidate has passion and drive across other
areas of his or her life.
But is there a formula for
today’s ideal candidate?
Mark Slade, chief executive officer, OSTC,
proprietary trading firm with sites across Europe, told FOW
