Indonesian exchange plans to list tin futures and reform its clearing house
The chief executive of the Indonesia
Commodity and Derivatives Exchange has appointed
GMEX’s James Davies as a special advisor as part
of a broader effort to reposition the Asian market for
international trading firms.
Megain Widjaja, the chief executive of
ICDX, said: "James Davies has a solid track record in the
industry and his past experience will be valuable. We believe
his appointment as advisor will give ICDX a fresh perspective
of the ever-changing derivatives industry and his advice will
help us to cement a solid path for internationalisation."
