The European Commission extended the deadline for the fifth time
The Options Clearing Council has applauded
the European Commission’s decision to extend the
deadline for central counterparties to be deemed qualified.
The European Commission on Wednesday
decided to extend the deadline for CCPs to be granted qualified
status once more, until December 15, 2016.
