Clearing house LCH has won approval from
the Bank of England to launch its portfolio margining service
Spider, according to sources, a crucial step in the roll-out of
the LSE Group’s Curve exchange later this
LCH, which is majority-owned by the LSE,
received approval from the Bank of England earlier this week,
according to sources, and is now finalising its plans to launch
LCH Spider, the new margining service that could drive vast
savings for bank clients.
