Icap's ISDX has welcomed Tom Binks and Michael Berkeley as non-executives
Icap has appointed two new directors,
including a derivatives expert, to the board of Icap Securities
and Derivatives Exchange as part of a bigger effort to reform
the exchange and prepare for a possible move into futures.
The British broker said on Friday it has
appointed as ISDX independent non-executive chairman Tom Binks,
a derivatives expert who ran the derivatives units at Chemical
Bank, Standard Chartered and Bank of America.
