Global exchange group Nasdaq has
restructured the leadership team of its European futures
exchange, NLX, with chief executive officer Charlotte Crosswell
to take on a new board member role as CTO Carl Slesser steps up
Crosswell, who has led the exchange since
its inception, will step down on May 1, according to an
internal memo seen by FOW, and will become a board member of
NLX and will advise Nasdaq on key regional initiatives.
