After a failed initial public offering in 2012, Bats has succesfully listed on its own exchange
Exchange operator Bats Global Markets has
raised $252.7 million in its initial public offering, four
years after its first disastrous flotation attempt.
The initial public offering (IPO) was at
$19.00 per share and started on Thursday, selling 13.3 million
shares of common stock, raising $252.7 million The IPO the
pricing of its initial public offering at a price to the public
of $19.00 per share.
