The exchange's equity volumes dropped, while commodities grew
US-headquartered Nasdaq on Tuesday became
the latest of the major exchanges to release mixed results for
March 2016, with volumes in equity derivatives down and volumes
in commodities on the rise.
The global exchange group reported a drop
in the volume of US equity options as well as European options
and future volumes, which decreased 4% and 9.1%, respectively
during the month.
