Australian Securities Exchange has resigned Monday with
immediate effect, amid bribery allegations involving his former
Elmer Funke Kupper has resigned from his
role as managing director and CEO of ASX in the wake of an
investigation into his former company, Tabcorp Holdings Ltd,
where he served as CEO for four years before joining ASX.
