The implementation of Mifid II was last month delayed by a year to January 2018
The Dutch regulator said it has opened talks other European
regulators about sharing technology and expertise in preparation for the
introduction of the vast European financial reforms Mifid II in early 2018.
Merel van Vroonhoven, chair of the executive board at the
AFM, told the FOW Trading Amsterdam 2016 event on Thursday, said her
organisation is working hard in preparation for the January 2018 deadline and
urged others to do the same.
