Exchange group is developing a Mifid II-focused regulatory reporting hub
German exchange Deutsche Boerse has taken
the latest steps in its restructuring plan, naming a new CEO of
Eurex's regional European markets and new leaders for its newly
created technology and data business.
Deutsche Boerse said Tuesday that managing
director Thomas Book has been appointed CEO of Eurex Frankfurt
and Eurex Zurich as part of his new role as head of derivatives
markets trading for the group.
Michael Peters has been appointed deputy
CEO of Eurex Frankfurt. Both appointments were effective Monday
As of July 1 2016, Erik Muller, managing
director and responsible for group strategy, M&A, Treasury
and interest rates, will take over as CEO of Eurex
