Europe’s fledgling energy
trade reporting regime will in one month see requirements
bolstered as the second phase of rules kick in, with the
authority responsible now ramping up efforts to ensure market
readiness for the widened scope.
A spokesperson for the Agency for the
Cooperation of Energy Regulators (Acer) told FOW that the body
is now ramping up preparations for the new rules set to kick-in
next month and called for market participants to ensure
readiness for the new data requirements.
