Former Epta Secretary General Johannah Ladd stepped down on January 1
A trade body that represents European prop
and high-frequency traders has said former advisor to the Dutch
regulator Piebe Teeboom is set to become its Secretary
European Principal Traders Association
(Epta), part of futures trade body FIA, said Teeboom will begin
in the role on April 1 2016.
He joins FIA Epta from the
Netherlands’ financial markets regulatory body AFM
where he worked as senior advisor on capital markets strategy
and policy since January 2010.
