Rolet is to step aside as Kengeter becomes chief executive of merged entity
The London Stock Exchange Group and
Deutsche Boerse announced on Friday the management structure of
the combined entity if they complete their proposed merger and
said LSE chief Xavier Rolet will leave the firm.
The new leadership comprises Donald
Brydon, current chairman of the LSE Group (LSEG), as chairman
of the combined group, and Joachim Faber, currently chairman of
Deutsche Boerse, as deputy chairman and senior independent
