The British broker said the matching service will launch at the end of March
British broker Icap said on Thursday it
will launch next month 'Iron Ore Volume Matching,’
an anonymous trading service to help clients move large orders
in the iron ore over-the-counter (OTC) market.
Icap said the anonymous service will allow
clients to place large orders around a pre-determined price in
a certain time-frame, which should help them avoid the slippage
they see when trying to move large blocks today.
