Exchange’s derivatives market in January saw volume up 157% year-on-year
The Moscow Exchange’s
derivatives market added on Tuesday foreign exchange swaps and
forwards to the suite of products it can clear in a bid to
improve its derivatives clearing capabilities.
The Moex derivatives market said the new
types of centrally cleared over-the-counter (OTC) transactions
are now available for clearing, adding to the already-available
suite of central counterparty (CCP) cleared OTC interest swaps
and CCP-cleared on-exchange FX, interest and cross-currency
swaps and FX forwards.
