The US exchange group said trading volumes increased a tenth in January
US giant the Intercontinental Exchange has
reported trading volumes up more than a tenth driven by a
resurgence in European rates trading, underlining a strong
start to the year for the top futures exchanges.
Atlanta-based ICE said on Wednesday its
January volumes were up 10.6% on the same month last year to
6.14 million contracts, due largely to a 60% increase in
financial futures and options trading
