Historic British exchange is relocating to Finsbury Square in three tranches
The last of London’s open
outcry trading floors will on Wednesday see its trading final
session in its current location ahead of the London Metal
Exchange’s relocation to a new purpose-built site
The LME is moving to new headquarters on
Finsbury Square from its current Leadenhall Street home of 22
years. The relocation – which is taking place in three
tranches - began in December and should complete this
weekend with the relocation of the famous ring.
