Tullett Prebon has hired former chief
executive of Newedge Nicolas Breteau, marking the latest senior
management change at a crucial time for the London-based
Breteau, who was senior partner at
Paris-based financial consultancy 99 Advisory since leaving
Newedge in early 2014, joined Tullett Prebon as chief
commercial officer earlier this month, according to
Tullett Prebon confirmed that Breteau has
joined the firm.
Breteau ran Newedge, the French-owned
futures giant, for three-and-a-half years from mid-2010 to the
end of 2013 and stayed on for a few months advising his
replacement David Escoffier before leaving to join 99 Advisory
in late 2014.
