Citigroup has founded and become chief executive of a
start-up that aims to help banks deal with tough reforms that
will impact their derivatives arms.
the head of Asian futures at the US bank for four years until
his departure in September, has set up Singapore-based
firm Acuo Financial Solutions to support banks as they work
through regulatory reforms that require them put up more
capital against their derivatives holdings.
