Exchange said appointment of Zaleska is subject to regulatory approval
The Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) has
appointed economics professor Malgorzata Zaleska as president
of its management board less than two weeks after former
president left the group and replaced most of its supervisory
board as a new regime was ushered in at the group.
The exchange group said in a statement
that Zaleska’s appointment as president of the
management board was approved in an extraordinary general
meeting on Tuesday.
