CTAs had a strong first quarter, a weak second and mixed second half to 2015
The top Commodity Trading Advisors (CTAs)
closed 2015 flat after a volatile year of trading that saw a
strong start to the year wiped out in the second quarter and
compounded by a mixed second half of 2015, according to Societe
The French bank, which tracks the
performance of leading CTAs through its prime services unit,
said the top 20 CTAs that provide data and are open to new
investment finished 2015 0.08% higher than the end of 2014.
