European authority called for a delay to the implementation of Mifid of one year
The European Securities and Markets
Authority (Esma) on Wednesday launched a consultation on draft
guidance on the application of key Mifir/Mifid II provisions
including transaction reporting and clock synchronisation.
The consultation also provides guidance on
a number of other provisions including instrument reference
data, order record keeping and clock synchronisation.
