The highly-anticipated energy exchange launched on July 24
Nasdaq has said its new energy exchange
passed a key milestone on Monday by trading more than three
million contracts, less than five months after the launch.
The number of contracts traded on Nasdaq
Futures (NFX) passed the three million mark on Monday, with
open interest on the platform also increasingly steadily,
buoyed by strong activity in natural gas options, chief
executive of NFX Magnus Haglind told FOW.
