The US exchange giant said on November 16 the deal would close in Q1 2016
The Intercontinental Exchange has
completed its land-mark acquisition of energy unit Trayport
from broker BGC Partners less than a month after the deal was
announced and earlier than predicted.
The Atlanta-based exchange said on Friday
it had completed the acquisition of Trayport, an energy trading
platform, for $650 million comprising about 2.5 million ICE
