2016, according to a recent study by French bank Societe
According to a client study on the
regulation by the French bank, Mifid II was by far the dominant
change agenda and spend item followed by Ucits V (undertakings
for collective investment in transferable securities V), the
new rules governing Europe’s fund industry.
