Group is restructuring as part of a new strategic plan for 2016 to 2018
The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEx) has said
Wednesday that it has appointed the CEO of the London Metal Exchange’s (LME)
clearing house as its new chief operating officer, and said it will early
next year announce a new strategic plan for the group.
HKEx said that Trevor Spanner, chief executive officer of
LME Clear, will relocate to Hong Kong from London to become chief operating
officer of HKEx.
