success depends on
regulators’ commitment to implementing all aspects
of MiFID II. Open Access – between trading venues and
clearing houses – strikes at the heart of these rules,
but it’s more than a matter of regulatory policy.
We see it as an approach that brings choice and economic
benefits to customers, encouraging innovation and preventing
reliance on vertical silo market infrastructure.
