Market reforms in Europe undoing years of work says Eurex CEO
Regulators are deliberately fragmenting markets with market
reforms and systemic risk is increasing as a result, the chief
executive of Eurex has said.
Speaking on the Exchange Leaders panel at the FIA Chicago
Expo Andreas Preuss warned that current reforms in Europe were
undoing years of progress in the market.
"That the markets are being pushed towards fragmentation is
not inadvertent," he said.
