Former Santander banking head Boujnah to become Euronext CEO next month
Euronext shareholders have approved the
appointment of new chief executive Stéphane Boujnah,
paving the way to the former Santander banker assuming the top
job at the European exchange next month.

group unanimously backed Boujnah's appointment at an
extraordinary general meeting in Amsterdam on Tuesday.
