The US exchange group's revenue increased 6% year-on-year to $529 million
US exchange Nasdaq said
on Thursday third quarter profits were up an eighth on last
year to $138 million, driven by gains in its data and cash
Revenue increased 6%
year-on-year to $529 million, with the group's reporting
revenues up 6% to $200 million.
Cash equities led the
gains, climbing $16 million compared with the third quarter
2014, but equity derivatives, which account for 10% of group
revenue, remained flat year-on-year, reaching $51 million up $1
