Legal Entity Identifiers (LEIs), in the latest step in the
development of a global ID system for financial
The organisation is a
private sector body that along the LEI Regulatory Oversight
Committee (Roc), a committee made up over 60 regulators from
over 40 jurisdictions, is charged with the implementation of
the global LEI system.
