Clearing house won CFTC approval as a derivatives clearing firm in September
North American commodities exchange, Nodal
Exchange, is set to launch its new clearing house on October
19, less than a month after winning approval for Nodal Clear
from the US CFTC.
Nodal Clear was approved by the US Commodity Futures Trading
Commission (CFTC) as a derivatives clearing organisation
under the Commodity Exchange Act on September 25, after logging
its application with the regulator late in 2014.
