Rathi, who spent 11 years in the UK Treasury replaces Alexander “JJ” Justham
The London Stock
Exchange Group (LSEG) on Tuesday appointed Nikhil Rathi as
Chief Executive of the London Stock Exchange replacing
Alexander "JJ" Justham, effective immediately.
Rathi takes over from
Justham who had informed the board of his decision to step down
earlier this year, the group said.
Rathi joined the Group
as chief of staff and director of international development in
May 2014 and will continue to serve in this role and as a
member of the LSEG Executive Committee.
