Old Lady has called the seventh meeting of the Working Group on October 13
The Bank of England plans to hold on
October 13 the next meeting of a senior working group that is
trying to find an alternative to Libor, marking the next step
in the Bank’s effort to clean up after
the rate-rigging scandal.
The Bank of England has told the various
banks that sit on the Risk-Free Rate Working Group the plan is
to meet again in October and forge ahead with its mandate to
find and promote an alternative to Libor.
