MOU boosts the Korean Exchange’s application for permanent exemption

regulators announced on Friday increased cooperation on the
supervision of clearing houses operating cross-border in both
jurisdictions, in a move that will boost the Korean
Exchange’s application for permanent exemption as
a derivatives clearing organisation (DCO).
