European exchange group said Boujnah will take over as chief in November
Euronext has approved the appointment of
Santander’s head of banking as its new chief
executive, paving the way for takeover expert Stephane Boujnah
to assume the role in November.
The European exchange said its board has
unanimously approved the appointment of Boujnah while
Jos Dijsselhof, the interim chief executive, has agreed to
continue in that role until Boujnah takes over.
