Draft ITS covers weekly aggregated position reports for commodity derivatives
The European Securities
and Markets Authority (Esma) on Monday launched a public
consultation on the remaining draft implementing technical
standards (ITS) not yet consulted.
The consultation paper
covers the suspension and removal of financial instruments from
trading venues; the notification and provision of information
for data reporting services providers; and the weekly
aggregated position reports for commodity derivatives, emission
allowances and emission allowance derivatives.
