Trade repository got the nod from Esma for FX derivatives in June
The Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) has
won key approval from the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy
Regulators (Acer) for its European trade repository in a timely
boost just two months before the Regulation on Wholesale Energy
Market Integrity (Remit) comes into effect on October 7.
The exchange group said Wednesday that ICE
Trade Vault Europe has been approved by Acer as a Registered
Reporting Mechanism (RRM) to meet the reporting requirements of
the European wholesale energy markets, a valuable focus area
for the ICE repository service.
