Asian market again outperformed their western rivals in July
Nasdaq OMX, the US
exchange operator, has bucked industry trends reporting US
equity options volumes down in July, despite rival US options
exchanges reporting robust volumes for the
Nasdaq, owners of US
options markets Philadelphia Exchange, Nasdaq Options Market,
and Nasdaq BX Options, reported on Friday total US equity
options volumes of 78 million contracts, down a tenth compared
with July 2014.
