Wheatley will continue as an advisor to the board until January next year
British regulator the Financial Conduct
Authority (FCA) said Friday that chief executive Martin
Wheatley will step down from the role with effect from
September 12 2015.
The FCA has appointed Tracey McDermott as
acting chief executive from September 12 while the
regulator’s search for a permanent chief executive
